AERC 2010 in Göteborg
The aim of AERC 2010 was to be a meeting place where rheologists in academia and industry could share new science and technical developments, and to discuss, develop and cooperate on common themes.
More than 430 participants came to the AERC 2010 which was organized by the
Nordic Rheology Society in Göteborg, on the Swedish west coast. Göteborg, founded in 1621, is a harbour city and water is central to the life. The river Göta Älv divides the city into north and south, before flowing out into one of the most beautiful archipelagos in Sweden. With a population of half a million Göteborg is moderately sized by European standards but has a rich cultural life and plentiful shopping.
